All in-stock items will be shipped out in 2-3 business days after an order is placed. The process time for custom orders varies case by case. We will further communicate with you.

We offer three shipping options:

• Economy (5-8 business days) for $4.90
• Standard (3-4 business days) for $6.90
• Express (1-3 business days) for $10.99

For international orders, we currently are only able to ship to Canada. Shipping costs will be calculated when placing orders.

Upon receiving the product, customer may start a return or exchange request up to 14 days. Returned item needs to be in its original, brand new condition, otherwise a restocking fee may be charged. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

After the 14-day return window, we offer 60-day warranty against any manufacturing defects. In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.

After the 60-day warranty period, if an item is broken, customer may send it back to repair with a charge. The actual charge and turnaround time vary, we will further advise.

All of our current products are made of solid 925 silver. The silver-color pieces are plated in rhodium to make it shinnier and less easy to tarnish. The gold-color pieces are plated in 14K or 18K yellow gold or rose gold.

• Because our pieces are made of 925 silver, which is naturally softer than brass or steel, it is mellable when applied force. Please handle with care.
• Although a splash of water will not damage the pieces right away, we recommend to take off the jewelry before entering water.
• Please also keep out of contact with makeup, lotions and perfume to maintain the finish.
• Since all the pieces have a plated layer, please do not polish them agressively.
• The plated layer may eventually be worn off on some area, depending on the frequency of use and contact. But since our pieces are made of silver inside, it will not give your skin a green stain or irritation.
